Frank Licsko possesses unique technical skills. Born in Hungary, Frank immigrated with his family to Canada. He enrolled at the Ontario College of Art in 1968, but withdrew, feeling that there was little he would learn. This belief may have appeared arrogant at the time, yet has been vindicated by his success. His work fascinates collectors, with its images floating and receding into one another, forms in forms, and reflecting and refracting light.
